Default Trailing arm rebuild/ emergency brake

Please excuse this if it has already been posted, but when I started the trailing arm rebuild I got lot's of really good information on how to do the project...................... except for installing the emergency brake actuating lever.
As a result I was completely in the dark and as usual, had to redo everything twice to get it right.
This lever can be put in the assembly after the stub axle has been installed in the carrier, but trust me, it isn't a pretty job.
You have to take it apart, loosen all the fasteners on the dust shield and then hammer the curved piece in place, then reattach the other flat piece with a small c-clip.
Don't do this.
Put the little articulated lever in the dust shield before you put the axle in the hub. Tape it in place if you have to but put it in first.
(also, I taped the surface of the brake shoes with masking tapeto keep oil and grease off them while I was struggling with the reassembly.)
Also note the way the brake lever is orientated in the picture see and see there is a left and right. The new stainless parts are clearly marked so pay attention.
The rest of the e-brake is pretty straight forward but the lever is a bitch.
Here is how it should look before you put the brake shoes and all back together.
I hope this will save someone some skinned knuckles and some serious aggravation when you do your own TA's.
