That thing isnt nice enough to be the usual tacky C3 custom.
Grandma's Buick's seat make the interior nearly worthless for parts, too.
No engine pics.
I'm sure those bids are legitimate.

That is horrible. The design right down to the quality of work is very poor. I think GM could learn from the functional hood gap/ hot air vent. Do a body off, and toss the body, along with the interior, then begin.
