Darn, I missed that show. I was up at the DQ show last night on Lindbergh. Didn't see any C3's, only a bunch of C4-C6s and other old cars. Now I know where the C3s were hiding.

Congrats on the win!

We're in the same boat, wondering where to find all these car shows in town. We found out about the DQ show accidentally while driving down Lindbergh. I grabbed a flyer off the counter inside DQ that lists the details - it says . . . . . . .

11th Annual 2009 DQ Car Cruise
1st Saturday of every month (May 2, June 6, Aug 1, Sept 5th and Oct 3rd)
Lot opens at 5 PM
Free registration to enter.
Dash Plaques for first 50 entries.
Only cars entered can vote (the woman at registration desk told me when I asked)
Dairy Queen, 2678 N. Hwy 67
(corner of Trotterway & Hwy 67)
(314) 837-5655
Fine print - No alcoholic beverage. Not responsible for damages.

They had trophy's on the table and said over the loud speaker you had to be present to win.

The only other local show I know of is the St Louis Sharks are having a show May 17th just up the street from DQ in Fortel's Pizza Den parking lot.

Here's a web site that might help keep track of car shows in your area. Just click on your state.

Rims are from ET wheels out of San Leandro in the Bay Area. Sizes are front 18 x 9.5 and Rear 18 x 12.5 (rear are custom made) backspace are 4.5 and i am running the Double Offsset trailing arms from Van Steel and a fiberglass spring from Vette Brake Products (VBP). Just the rims will set you back $2600

Well done Jim. I didn't really notice how well the flares turned out until these pics. Very nice.

It seems that I missed them in your Hooters pics.

Now that you seen the flares, i will have to start putting pretty girls back in the pictures.

Problem is.... even with my loose standards these days there was no pretty girls to ask if i can their picture next to my car.
