You might be able to take it all the way out from the back with a wire cutter is any of it sticking out take the lens out and see if you can get any threads to get ahold of To counter screw iot out????

Riv nut
Drilled out the broken studs and put in a Riv-Nut, then used a 1/4"-20 bolt with a low head. Worked great. Oh, also used an external tooth lock washer to ensure I had a good electrical ground.
