NOM big block has no more value than any other NOM, especially with the poor engine compartment. Odd mirrors and wrong shifter dont help the look, especially with the engine and hood. Paint repairs aren't cheap. Closer to $7500 tops if you can get it, although this type of entry-level car brings out the rookies who are prone to serious mistakes if you wait. This is without looking at the frame or body closely.
Do not waste one second reading or considering NADA for anything.
If I had this car Id go out and find a stock hood, which are essentially a dime a dozen for this year, lose the mirrors and spend a weekend on that engine compartment. It would help the first impression dramatically.
