Thanks for the compliment but I have always loved your car as well. Ever time I think of building the small block stroker, I starting thinking about the BB swap that you did. Just inspirational.
I went with the stainless steel Hookers. Cost just a little more and you don't have to worry about rust. Also have STS baffles and SteelShields heat shields.
Here is a video that I made. I've since drilled a hole into the center cap of the STS baffles to make them a little louder, but I have not updated the video yet. Hope this helps . . .
Added Dean's Steelshields last year. Need a better pic with them on. They make a big difference in both look and to keep the missus from burning her leg.
Come on, now. You know an L48 is not going to sound like a supercharged LS6!
IMO, open pipes would be way to loud for an L48. The motor doesn't have enough compression to make it sound good. I've got Hooker Stainless with STS baffles in mine
