I was wondering if anyone can help me find out where the horns belong on a 1979 Corvette. My dad is rebuilding one and he has already replaced one horn but he can't locate where the other one belongs. If anyone has a picture or diagram to help that would be terrific.
I believe they mtg like my 77 car. One on the header just off from center and the other down on the support arm on the RH side of the arm coming up from the center support/vac tank.????????
The real trick is finding some good ones and not having to face the prospect of paying $230 to restore two used ones. Repair kits are no good when the coils are bad. Anyone know a solution to finding a good and less expensive place to fix horns?
