Default Headlight doors open

Help... I manually opened the Flip up head lights after opening the vacuum releasse valves (under stearing wheel) and now I can't get them to lower. Car was not running at the time so it had no vacuume, now it does but the doors won' t close when I turn off the lights. I closed the release valves and it did'nt help.

Its a 73, by the way.

Thanks

there are little elbows on the ends of the actuators, reach up there and kink the elbow, the head lights will come right down.

WER, that only a way to lower them manually but sure not the solution.
Did they work ok before this? I would check all the hoses are conected. Normally when they do this is due to a vacuum leak or a valve not working/not conected.

Found loose Vacuum hose. I reconected it and she's working fine.

Thanks everyone.
