Those Eckler-type Greenwood rear spoilers that are rounded and mold into the back of the car would look right on this.

Not sure about the rear spoiler, but the rest of the car looks brilliant. Well done

i like it . it looks like molded in lemans lights. i think the front end will look better once you put the emblem on (i'm just assuming it's going on because the holes are there) just to break it up a little.

I'm going to have to agree with the others and suggest a new spoiler. Car looks great, custom, and different. The spoiler is, IMO, the "spoiler" of the car. You have a great custom creation, but whenever I see a spoiler like the one you have, I just think boy racer or any honda civic around my area. The one that vettebuyer suggested seems that it would go really well with your car, yet give it that aggressive look.

However, that is just my opinion, do whatever you wish. Still a really cool car! Great job!

The spoiler he suggested is the spoiler that came with the kit but I was going for the C5R look in a C3 and there wasn't much to work with. I told her she might want to change it but she decided not to. I haven't had any complaints from people that have actually seen the car but im sure I will.

Well, I am different, I don't like it. Workmanship is awesome, just not my cup of tea. Love how well you blended the body lines, i just am partial to the old pop up lights.

That's interesting that the spoiler I suggested is the one that came with the kit... that tells me it does in fact flow with the lines.

Just a point- just because people don't actually make "complaints" doesn't mean that they like it. But then again, who cares? It absolutely only needs to suit you and your girlfriend and no one else. I think the main issues are that it doesn't go with the rest of the car and as EyeLuv pointed out, that style is very "ricer" which turns a lot of adults off.

Tell her to have fun with the car!

Love the color, nice body kit, and the headlights are well done. The only suggestion I might have is to lower the back just a little bit.

since you have a ground kit... it should be lowered and snug to the ground....

I love everything about it! That paint really makes it pop, my brother is thinking about painting his C4 a color similar to that. What is the paint code if you dont mind me asking, I didn't catch it in the above posts.

Also, what diameter headlight lenses are you using? I bet you could retrofit them to accept HID projectors if you wanted

As to the craftsmanship: wow, you really do nice work!

As to the removal of the stock headlights: I honestly believe it should be made illegal. However, your mod is 10,000 times better than the stupid buckets of square lights one usually sees.

Why not push them out further towards the sides, and stagger them fore/aft more? Sort of like a C6... (I know, sorta late to be making design suggestions hahahah).

I like your custom.
now onto the spoiler, gotta agree with vettebuyer: you've got this smooth, flowing concept going until the backend where the big SQUARE parkbench sits. Even before vbuyer posted i knew he was thinking of the "turbo" wing.

I'll be in central MN 25 Jun-2 July. I'd love to drive Fast81 down to see it.
BTW -- my brother painted his custom 68 GTO that same color !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really like the looks of them...I have some Hella 90 lows and highs on order and I will be planning on doing the same thing, with the exception of leaving it in a removable bezel/housing. I live in Champlin and I wouldn't mind seeing how you have them mounted so they are adjustable....

I think it looks great. The unique color, spoiler, and headlights make me think of the "Hot Wheels" cars. There is no way that that car does not draw a crowd. Nice!

What did you use as a base for the headlights?
