PCV / Breather / Oil cap question.
Hi guys,
My 69 BB has an HT 502 crate motor in it. I have been wanting dress it up like a stock 427 BB.
I am going to replace the valve cover with a stock looking chrome valve cover. To do this, I will have to make two modifications to the current set up.
1) Currently the motor has a crankcase breather. I will have to route it into the air cleaner.
2) The oil cap is on the drivers side valve cover. I will have to move it to the passenger side valve cover.
Is this going to be OK or will it make the motor leak all over the place? Is there anything else that I have to keep in mind while making this mod?
(should I even attempt this?)
