Hey guys, I recently became interested in this one. I have to be honest, I know pretty much nothing about these cars. This guy claims matching numbers, and that everything is running fine. 350/300
He says it has had some "plate work due to rust" and explained it was under both doors. How common is this and how much would it devalue the car? Most listings I see proudly announce no rust, is repaired rust a problem?
Any guesstimates on how much it should go for?
Thanks for any advice.

i think it is a loose term to define rust repair.... you really need lots of underside pics.. several on this forum know the ins and outs of corvette rust and can help....
If you're not sure of what to check do yourself justice and get a Corvette expert to check this car for you. I'm not trying to scare you but you need to know what you could be in for. A frame swap is not cheap.
