Paint Bubbling

Took my 81 in again with paint bubbling at front of hood pretty much 6 inches from the bottom front of hood.Took hood off and as we carried it about 2 cups of water drained from hinge bolt holes.Should we drill drainage holes at the front of the hood?Anyone else have a water retention problem with the hood?

I have heard of the AC compressor spitting oil on the hood that soaks through and bubbles the paint. Is the paint bubbling just above where the AC pully is?

No,the bubbling is pretty much above the metal bracing maybe about 4 inches above bottom of hood.... nowhere near the ac pulley or belt.

Do Not let water collect anywhere, a few drain holes are way better,
than a rusted part, I drilled several in my new core support. 69VETT
