caliper question

caliper question
changing brake pads and one caliper was pouring fluid so i switched it but the other 3 are also leaking around the seals but all in the same spot and the same ammount of fluid. are they all bad or were they designed that way to lube the brakes and stuff? and if bad would a seal repair kit fix the problem? thanks
