Being a newbie I realize I am asking a silly question but did they make a C3 with at least 350 HP that included an air conditioner? I am looking into buying one but want one with at least 350, but it seems about everything with that kind of power has no air conditioner.

In answer to your question....Not that you will find easily. Sounds like you are looking for an 68-71 and those particular cars are the most uncomfortable c3's ever made. your best bet would be to get a later model like 80-82. You will be able to beef it up much easier and for less $$$$, and these cars are much more comfortable and stylish.

Oouch! I think my '69 is the most stylish Corvette ever made. I don't think any C3 is as comfortable as a C5. I also don't see how it is "much easier and much less $" to beef up a 80 over a 70. I just think you have to be careful with such blanket statements.
Now to the original question. Yes, you can buy a stone stock C3 that has 350 hp and a/c. You could also take any C3 and change to LS power and do the same thing. Or just mod the engine to get there.
I really love the C3s and am willing to have a bumpy ride. Want a 1971 bc that is my birth year. I know virtually nothing about these cars and thus will not be able to make the modifications on my own. Really hoping to find a well restored one that I can count on to be RELATIVELY maintenance free and drive about 2500 to 4000 miles annually. Is Mershon's a respectable dealer?
