3927186 heads
My Bros. has a set of head off of a 350 and wants to know if they are any good. I did a search and they came up as a "3927186....69-70...302/350......Camel hump,64cc chambers,accessory holes" He want to know if they would work (good, poor or otherwise) on my L79 that doesn't have the heads anymore.

Those heads, in their day were about as good as you could buy. They were original equipment for the 69 Z-28. That particular set of heads on a 302 would crank 7500 rpm's right off the showroom floor. I bought a brand new Z-28 in 69 so I know what I am talking about. Those heads will work fine for what you are doing.

If they don't need any work they will be OK. Good heads in their day. If they need to be rebuilt tell him to put his money into a new set of better heads. By todays standards those heads are marginal.
