I have no idea what it is and I can't find anything to plug into it. This is a 74 L-82 Auto w/ AC

Seat belt ignition over-ride switch. If your car starts when you sit down don't worry about it. In 1974 the car could not be started unless the seat belts were connected. Sensors for body weight were under the seat. That was an over-ride switch to get the engine started if case of emergency. Yours has been disabled as have perhaps 95% of 1974s. Leave it alone.
