a/c repair while I'm here...
The entire dash is out. It is a car I picked up just the other day. The a/c compressor and lines have been removed. I would like to address anything that is in here/this area/under dash while I am here. Do I need to replace the evaporator while here. I was going to do the heater core,because if it is anything like anything else it will leak the minute I put it all back together.

2 years ago I fixed my original A/C, and found myself paying around $900 to get it running again, if time will go back, I would get a complete system from Vintage Air which far superior to the original.

Insulate everything Reflectix, I also sprayed my a/c Heater boxes (inside and out)
with a sound deadening/Insulator spray-on liner for noise and temp isolation.
also test every vacuum actuator, you don't want to rip everything apart after your done !

What did you use for adhesive? 3m general adhesive?
