All C3 trim tags are on the dirver's hinge post, visible when you open the driver's door.
The example shows A28 for time/build code. 28th day of the first month of production, probably August, 1978. Consecutive unit number should be low.
722 indicates red leather interior.
10L is for white exterior paint.
