Default help please! new here, tire size

hi everyone, ive been reading here 4 a while, never posted. im at the tail end of a full frame off resto on a 69 coupe. bought it from my uncle who bought it new. numbers match, 1 owner, now 2. pulled the body off, the frame was shot, blowing holes thru with a pressure washer! found a cali frame, shipped it to new england, and started there. coming along beautifully, every nut and bolt is new. i bought the van steel offset trailing arms, looking to go as wide as possible in rear and very confused as to what will fit. the car came with a 350/350. i built a 383 stroker so as to keep the numbers motor safe and sound in my garage while i have some fun. new motor was dyno tested @ 448.8 hp, and 492 torque. looking for traction. ive read some posts on this topic, but still confused. also, what will fit up front. also, i think the fan shroud has been changed, i have a steel shroud. please help. im not real computer savvy, so i will have a friend help me post pictures. thanks!

A lot of guys go with 17" in the front and 18" in the rear. I have 17x8 wit 4" BS and 18x9.5 with 5" BS. My rear tires are 275/40/18, but I could have easily gone with 285/40/18's.

Also, I believe the steel shroud is original for small block cars. That's what I have too.

Thanks for the compliment. The front tire size is 245/45/17. Nothing special under the hood...just a mild 350.

That is really nice! I love how the top looks semi-flat against the paint and matches the tires and the shield on the exhaust.
