Probably a Stupid '80 Question
I was talking with a guy today & he said he had a 1980 with a 350 engine that was 8" shorter than all others......he said they only made 300 of them & he has the lone remaining example.
Now, I usually know bUllsh!t when I hear it...but, I'm not an expert on 'vettes....still????

I have heard of people stretching the truth to sell a car, but this is just waaay over the top. 8" shorter?? What will they think of next???

So whats he got a 342 CID motor in his rare Corvette 
? or is the engine physically shorter by 8", I wonder if it also is one of those rare steel bodied cars, sounds like bull $h!t to me, what are we gonna do when the owner of that -8" 350 starts posting here ? but good for a laugh on a nice summer Sunday evening, Peace,,, Moosie
