Lights not working
Hey i just replaced all the bulbs in my speedo and tach and reinstalled it into the car. The only problem is that the background lights dont work. The turn signals, bright and brake light work fine but none of the other lights on either tach or speedo do. Any ideas?

What was the condition of the circuit board on the back of the cluster? If original, it has probably deteriorated and not providing power. You can test it with a multimeter. Also test/clean the connections on the main plug.
Dumb question, but have you checked the dimmer setting on the switch?

No its not the actual cluster. Its all of the lights that have to do with the background lights when the headlights are on. Speedo, tach, cluster guages, shifter indicator. none of the back lighting is working on any of these things. Is there a place that all of these draw power like a fuse or something? If so where is it at? thanks
