These plates are Binnie's design. i modified them somewhat. thanks to Binnie. 5'9" is perfect for these seats with the modded tracks. you should gain about 1" seat height.

I was at a local cruise-in tonight and saw a C3 with Hyundai Tiburon seats. Looked good - very similar to the Celica seats.

This weekend i had the chance to sit on a fiero seat, and a corbeau seats. Both feel good to me, but i did notice the severe material wear on the corbeau seat from getting in and out? I imagine this is from the design of the seat.

I had a Corbeau before i switched to the Fieros. they sit a bit higher then the Fieros do, but should be no problem for you. the seat was nice, and came with a pump up lumbar support ($50 option). I like it, but the Fieros are just as good, imho, and look allot better.

Well, they come up on flea-bay quite often. Not to brag, but i got a set, complete, already covered with black leather Mr. Mikes for 6bills. saved some work. advantage of covering them yourself is you can choose the color and style, vinyl, cloth or leather, not to hard a job either, it seems. a good set might cost you 200, or less, vinyl covers are 350. cloth is probably cheaper, and good for the sun, or you can spring for leather, and they'll be brand new. nice.
