Does the 77 use the same cross member (auto) as the 75, does the exhaust pipes go through the cross member ?

The 79 has 2 exhaust openings in the trans crossmember so I assume the 77 and 75 does also. The trans crossmember didn't change until 80 or 81 for the single exhaust. 79 had a single exhaust through the crossmember but it still had the 2 openings.

Yes, dual ex. cross member -79.
