My 1977 Horn Button

Is it true that my horn button is as rare as I have heard it is? I hear that they recalled it becuase it was deemed to be dangerous since it was "reflective." How much validity is here? Thanks, Neal

The story is true about the glare from the sun but you get more glare from the spokes on the wheel. However they are not as rare as you may think
