I would like to track down my 69 c3 that I had to part with when my first daughter was born but I in no way shape or form am willing to pay that kind of money for it....
I figure that, for $250K, I could dredge up a pretty nice 81 Camaro and still have a crap ton left over for blow and blonds. That was just a stupid and arrogant thing to do. But, what the hell does he care as long as he has lots of minimum wage kids working in his pizza parlors. It's good to be king.

Lets see... $250k paid out in return for a pretty nice 81 Camaro and I would guess about $1/2 to 2 Million in PR company advertising ...
Pretty smart if ya ask me ....
Yeah, it really, really makes me want to go down to Papa John's and buy a pizza. Despite what the press likes to make you believe, all press isn't good press.
You have to know a few things about the car to track it down like if it was yours, the address you lived at when you owned it and the year you lived there. You contact the DMV in the state where you owned it and get a copy of your old registration.
If you don't know the VIN, you can get it off the registration. Then use the internet search engines by typing the VIN in and see what appears.
Yea, I would say to be able to pay that much money for
a Camaro he has to be rolling in the dough
Sorry some one had to make that joke.
From what I have seen its not a beater, Its actually pretty nice
but not 250,000 nice.
I wounder what he would have thought if it was a beater and it
was sitting in the cash for clunkers program.
Alan Jackson's wife did the same for him a few years ago. She located his old Mustang and had it sitting outside for him. I don't think she paid as much for the Mustang as John paid for the Camaro, But the Chevys are just better. It is VERY cool when something like this happens, and more power to the man (or woman) that has the means to make it happen. Now, I wonder if my vette's first owner feels a strong need to be reunited.........
