1973 Corvette 454 4-speed
I am looking at buying a 1973 corvette coupe with a numbers matching 454 4-speed, air, leather, electric windows. Sorry I don't have any photos. Needs paint, seats recovered and carpet. No major body work. Most of the car is original, except headers and Mallory ignition. 69,000 miles.
I am looking at paying $10,000. In general terms is this a ball park price?

You have to look at the frame and birdcage for rust. If a new frame is needed the price is too high. If a new birdcage is needed the price is way too high. If both are in good condition the price is pretty good IMO, but I don't follow prices religiously.

i just bought mine with which is the same car minus the power windows. the frame, body, paint, birdcage, all options worked and i paid 14k for mine.
granted i got 26k worth of recipts for work done to the car in the last few years so i felt the car was worth a little more.
i also had the opportunity to put the car up on a lift and spent 2 hours going over every inch of the car to check area's of concern.
another thing that you should check are the body mounts as that can be a costly repair also

Too little info, Assuming all is good you didn't mention, You would be getting a great bargain at 10k.
