With money anything is possible.......It would be a better idea to find a project 70 and rebuild it little by little and when your done you'll have a Corvette thats worth something.

If you have lots of time and money and don't particularly care that your creation will be an oddball with relatively low resale, then go for it. It'll be easier in the end to restore a '70.

Keep what you have in it's intended form. It'll be worth more in the long run.
