Car show surprise!!
Last weekend I took the 82 up to a local car show. There were close to 1000 cars on display. There were many beautiful Vettes. I won 1st in the 68-82 division! I was pleasantly surprised! I guess 82's still turn heads!!

I have been asked to participate in a Corvette show as a judge in a few weeks (1st timer for me).
What do you look for to differentiate winners from the rest of all of these super automobiles???

In Response to car show judging;
Car show judging = your car is only compared to the next best car in the same class.
No Offensive but a crappy car can win, if the the only competion is a bigger turd.
assuming no politics involved, which frequently happens also.
To win shows, you got to detail and clean everything !
I once got written on a judging sheet "Dust on Transmission"
but that was for best of show !
The higher you climb the show circuit the more picky they get,
because they can't find anything to ding you for ! 69VETT
