Although I haven't ordered the dash pad yet, I just put an order for over $1500.00 for other 1972 parts. Great selection at WillCox Corvette.

The dash I bought fro my 70 from Wilcox never made it into the car.
Corvette Accessories of America replacment parts leave a little to be desired in the guage fittment area. The supplied part was so SUB STANDARD that I quickly made a deal for the only one I found listed on Ebay and paid more $$$ for it than I purchased the reproduction dash pad for. The 72-76 Vettes use many interchangeable parts in the interior, I would start hunting for a good original one myself. Remeber the 73 and later A/C Vettes had a vent on the drivers side dash that your 72 didn't but, a non-air 73-76 car should be the same. Good Luck in your search.
I wish the parts were better made but, I am telling you from my expirience that I had, I spent 4 hours re-working the dash for the wiper door soleniod bracket (POS part!) and the dash was non-returnable after I reworked the back side to try to make these parts work (I wasn't happy with the results someone else might be but, not for one of my Vettes.)
One of the BIG PROBLEMS with this dash assembly, is they were made in a "one size fits all" pattern so they could rework it for the 73 and later Vette with the mentioned drivers side A/C vent but, for anyone with a 72 or earlier C3, they just aren't good enough to work well. This is my expirience and I'll stand by my statements!
Anyone needing a black 70 driver's side lower dash, I'll sell my new part for $175, that's $100 off the Wilcox price, I'll send you pictures, guage fittment will be your responsibility.

Here is a picture of a dash pad installed two weeks ago in our shop. Actually we did the entire interior in this car except for the shift boot! I don't know where the customer purchased that boot but it's way to loose at the top.
