Do you have the key? There should be a hole in the front face. Stick a pin in the hole to depress the pin while turning the key (can't remember which way) and it will come out of the housing. If you don't have the key, it will have to be picked by a locksmith to remove.

I think you put the key in then push a paper clip in the tiny hole and turn the cylinder towards ACC and pull out.
OR you put the paper clip in then insert the key then turn the key to ACC
OR you put the paper clip in then insert the key then turn the key to ACC
