I need a hood for my 75 L48. What years are interchangeable ? What years were the same for a 75 ?

The 73-75 are the same. Those were the years with the cowl induction hood. The 76-79 should fit okay but they do not have provision for the cowl induction.

The 76-79 hoods are easily opened up for cowl induction. Some of us have done it.

I believe the latching mechanism on the hood is different from '76 to '77. The '76 hood, on bottom, has the large hole, the '77 up does not. Other then that they'll work
