One fun activity is to sit in front of the computer and count how many days it takes before someone posts a "they didn't wave at me" thread, regardless of the generation.
Generally a day or 2 between threads is tops.
Right up there with the garage lift and transport company threads.

Man, some people around here are just darn grumpy!
I was almost home yesterday from a 40+ mile cruise, when a C6 backs out of a parking lot right into the middle of the road so that I had to more or less lock up the tires. The guy continues backing up into a driveway, and seemed oblivious to the fact that I almost nailed him in the driver door, and seemed to not hear the screech of my tires etc. I pulled up right in front of him with a "what the F?" look on my face, and the guy seemed totally clueless. Middle aged guy like me too, not some kid. I thought about what to say or how to react, but just decided to wave. He waved back, still looking clueless and I drove on with a little less rubber on my tires but my front bumper still maintiaining the shape I prefer it to have.
On the ride, I passed a sweet looking gold C2 vert whose driver was obviously doing exactly the same thing I was: it was just too nice a day to NOT take the convertible out for a ride. We waved more or less simultaneously.
The wave is reserved for meeting another motorcycle on the road. Unless I know you, am driving down a dirt road, or you have a flat tire its not happening in a 4 wheel.
