80 Front clip problem continuted
I'm starting a new post, since I mistakenly started this topic in the performance section.

Grandmaster had asked for several more shots of various bonding points.
In this picture we have the drivers side near the hood release (seen in bottom right). This looks like a previous repair or is this factory bonding?
This is looking from the engine compartment to the wiper bay. There is a gap between the 2 parts (not exactly sure what you would call these). In fact there are areas where the gap is large enough that it's open.
This last picture is from inside the hingle area. Is it standard to have this area be so rough? My door weatherstriping takes a beating against this stuff.
I'm assuming the solution to fixing this is to remove the front clip, clean it up and re-install correctly. I think this might be a little out of my skill set and I do need some fiberglass repair work done on the passenger front fender (cracked).
Any recommendations on someone in Chicagoland that could do this work?

I'm not convinced the front end is installed incorrectly. I'm not sure what the red stuff is in Pic 1. Pics 2 and 3 look normal to me. I agree the area shown in Pic 3 could have been cleaned up a little better at the time the clip was bonded, but it may be factory. Workers were supposed to wipe away excess bonding resin in appearance areas to give them a smoother appearance.
After reading the other post, it looks like the problem is the door.
