help with headlights
can anyone tell me how to get my headlights down?? I have a 76 and my interior is completely out including the dash. I just need to know if i can put them back down without the vacum system hooked up.

There should be a little cam that locks in place, and it needs to be pulled forward. It reminds me of the way the hood support works. You might have a tough time getting to it with the bezels in place though. My headlights are non-op right now, and I have to manually raise and lower them too. "Lift the headlight door, pull if til it hits the top, then push the cam back towards the rear of the car" Lowering is done in reverse. Hope this isn't too complicated, and hope it helps!
