Default I exercised today..........

my car that is........... woke up at 7am to a beautiful sunny warm morning. by 8am I had the car wiped down and the tank topped off. jumped on the freshly paved interstate and covered 45 miles often hitting tripple digits all systems worked great and the car behaved very well accelarating, braking and steering. stopped home to meet a contractor and an hour later I was back on the interstate covering another 45 miles of freshly paved bliss I should have switched up the ride to include some rural sceenery with the fall foliage at it's peak up here in new england but the temptation to punch it into the triple digits was to hard to resist maybe next week....... I started the ride with the heat on then switched over to the A/C which worked great. wiped the car down again and parked it with 3/4's of a tank of fuel.... not bad for 90 miles.

All in all it was a great morning with my vette

So......let's hear it,anyone else exercise this morning??????????

I exercised mine last week and the priest says he's pretty sure that he chased all the demons out of it!

I exercised mine yesterday with the top down. Course I was in Florida. Two weeks ago I was cruising down the country roads in Ohio enjoying the fall foliage, top up. I spend 6 months in Ohio where I grew up and 6 months in Florida where I spent my working career. It is a rough life but someone has to do it!!!

My advice to all is, retire as soon as you can and enjoy what you have left.

I drove mine all day Saturday running errands and stuff. Drove it to work today. I was planning to put it away for the winter but the weather man says we have a few more nice days coming this week. Maybe I can take it to work another time or two.

Funny you say 'exercise' the vette before storage, because I did just that last year about this same time (around Nov. 8-9th).

Here's a video I did just for this occasion; this is after the restoration and being broke in.
