REV Wheels...any experience?
I decided to spruce up the old '79 with new wheels and tires. After many hours of research on this fine forum, I decided to go with TT2's.
I visited a local aftermarket wheel and tire shop to look at some up close and check fitment issues. He had several sets of wheels on display up front that looked nearly identical to TT2's. They are made by REV and are listed as Model 100. He was not pushing them on me, but I thought they looked better than the TT2's at less cost (but certainly not cheap by any means), so I inquired about the company and visited their somewhat limited web site. I also did a google search and did not come up with much.
So......anybody got any info on these wheels??????

at first glance, they look like the Coys C-5 wheel, probably made in China, would not surprise me if they are actually the same wheel under a different brand name.
The other thing is, neither of the offsets they list is the same as stock for a Corvette. You need a 15 x 8, 17 x 8 or an 18 x 8 with approx -12mm offset. They offer a 0mm, which would require a 1/2" wheel to get the wheel back in the stock location under the fender.
