427 Hood Template
I have a BB 454 hood and need to fill in the old holes for the 5 and 4 and drill new ones for the 2 and 7. Does anyone know where I can get a template to show hole placement? thanks

I made my own.
Put the numbers upside down on a paper. Align them correctly and trace them. Make a few photocopies and punch out holes where the studs go. You may end up wasting a few copies, but you should get it right. Then paste the decal on the hood and start drilling.
It should be easy in your case since you already know where the '4' should go.

We did a car and it had an original hood on it... So we stole all the measurements off it and incorporated them in to a PDF file complete with template!

I just put this up about a month ago... We kept seeing people request it and we had an original car there with the numbers off the hood. It only seem appropriate to do one.
