No, not if the NCM does not have it from the plant.
Have you looked to see if a copy might still be on the fuel tank? Slim chance at best, but possible.
Can you contact the original orwer to see whether he/she might have some of the original paperwork for the car? A copy of the dealer invoice would be ideal.
