He would be lucky to get half of the reserve price.

I like the appraisal.
Purchase price... $4500
Interior condition --- Excellent
Exterior condition --- Excellent
Could be a nice car if he got rid of the spinners, hood crap, orange fan, headlights... and about 1/3 of the reserve.

That made me laugh! 30,000 over must be like one of those big tanker ship diesels.

IMO:
It's a decent looking custom that might be worth 10k tops....

Yet another example of an "appraisal" not worth the paper it's written on.
Value based on the "market." What market is that, the supermarket??
$10k is too much.

Never ceases to amaze me how people think they need to "steal" cars when they buy them and need to perform a "rip-off" when they sell them. Nothing but the old burning of the candle at both ends.
Being an experienced real estate appraiser, I wonder what it takes to become a "bona fide" classic car appraiser? Looks like this guy got his license, if required, from a cereal box...and spent all of 30 seconds filling out that piece of paper.

LOL, Anyone see the Carfax commercial where the sales guy whips out a personal note from the seller when asked for the Carfax report?

............the question is when the auction is over will he learn something from the results?
Some editing of the content of the add may be in order.
