Not quite. The NCM does not have records for every Bowling Green built car. They have a few VINs missing. The records at the NCM came directly from across the street. Plant management was supposed to have tossed them in the trash (as had been the practice at St. Louis), but management at the plant realized the records had interest for Corvette buffs, so it was arranged for the NCM to get the records.
