I called again on the 21st, I was told that it had to be checked and I would be called back the next day, NO CALL, I called at the end of that day, got an answering machine and left a message, NO CALL BACK, so I waited another day and called at the end of the day. I was told again by another person now that it had to be checked into and I would be called back Monday morning (the 28th- today) NO CALL.
Hi Dave,

As the owner and founder of Keisler Engineering, I am deeply sorry for the aggrevation this has caused you and your shop. Gene and our operations folks are working to remedy the problem now, as he mentioned above.

It also looks like you were one of more than several dozen callers that our phone system put the call into a mystery voicemail box. We were recently getting complaints from customers saying their calls were not returned, but Customer Service (Richard, Melissa) said they were answering and/or returning all phone calls. Then we started calling ourselves and found the same issue to happen some of the time. The NEC phone system technician came out, and found the error in the system, fixed it, and moved all of the messages to the customer service voicemail system so our people could access them. This just happened before Christmas. In the future, I recommend you hit 0 for the operator, or 1 for sales if you think there is a problem with getting a call back. Or you can reach me at x203.

Regarding the T45-RS, this IS A FABULOUS PRODUCT and worth every penny and then some. Once you drive the T45-RS, you will know - especially if you've owned the TKO you can appreciate the superb shift quality, quiet operation and fully synchronized reverse. The high torque model has a different input shaft, and that is what may be the holdup at our supplier. I will personally check on this and see if there is anything we can do to expedite the product for those others waiting.

The 500 with the hp and torque and rear gear ratio I have is better suited to the 600 gear ratio. Look into that if you make a decision to go to a TKO instead of the T45. There is a huge difference between the two.
Hey Gordon! Glad to see you here! Fyi, the T45 and TKO500 have a nearly identical gearset. Side by side, you would see no difference in acceleration performance of the T45RS and TKO500.

The main difference is the TKO600 with its 2.87 first, which is better suited for big block, deep diff ratios and more torque.

You have a great, great working knowledge of our product, and I wanted to get you fully up to speed on the T45-RS since it's new to the Corvette market for 2009.

Received another call from Keisler today. This time very positive and helpfull. My issue was addressed in a manner better than I even would have expected. Thanks for the response and you have renewed my faith in your company. (as long as everything goes as was stated of course)
But I believe it will and am more than satisfied with Keislers resolution!
