Show bar? You mean like the chrome bars on AC Cobras? You may be forced to fab one, unless you can score it on e-bay. I haven't seen one of those in years.

Yeah, remember when Ecklers used to sell them, the vette ones were one big loop covered both sides and yea, I thought about using a Cobra bar..one on each side...I guess I could cut up the Greenwood one I have...
Show bars?...no, not talking about where some of you are tucking your dollars into G strings
Okay I already know a few of you will want to chime in with how worthless a "show bar" is...save it,
What I want to know is does anyone still sell the old c3 convertible show bars that fit under both tops?
And for you guys who want a "roll bar" hit me up I have one of Greenwoods cast offs....
"Shark bars", like eastLTD posted. I looked into them about a year ago and thought they looked pretty good with the double loops behind both seats and even talked with gordonM which has a square or proper roll bar and talked to the shark bar people but ended up not getting them at that time due to it sounds like when the shark bars are mounted they will restrict the back of the seat either going back at the base as far as possible or hamper the tilt of the seat at the top.
This may not be true but I didnt want to buy them and find out that the bars would cause the seats not to go all the way back. I'm 6'-2" and need all the room I can get.
Also I had just installed new retractor shoulder belts and if I remember correctly part of the shark bar mounting equipment uses the seat belt holes in the wheel wells.
I think they look great and would still liike to have a set of these roll bars but would like to set in a car that has them to confirm the seats are not restricted in any way.
