Default Frame rail protection (INSIDE)

I am making progress toward restoring my frame. I currently plan on having it powdercoated by a local race chassis builder (Barry White in Cowpens, SC.) An area that I am not sure about how to protect fully is the inside of the frame rails. Can the inside be accessed for powdercoating? Do a lot of people have the frame dipped to better clean that area, is it worth the extra trouble? Should I have it galvanized? Has anyone ever used POR15 "Metal Ready" prior to powdercoating? Just curious. Thanks for your comments as I really respect the responses of the board members and put them above most suppliers that have a vested interest in their line of products. I guess this would qualify as an independant servey!

In the UK we have a product called Waxoyl that's designed for protecting the inner, unpaintable surfaces of car structures. It's applied warm using a pressurised lance into all the tubes and voids. It neutralises rust and coats surfaces in a waxy oil (wonder where they got the name) that doesn't drip or run or get washed out. It's about the best we've got. Have you got Waxoyl or something similar over there?

Looks like it is available, but only for use by approved distributors:

I guess it could be sprayed in the rails after it was powdercoated.
Thanks!
