Need help to id part
This guard (I think that's what it is) was found while cataloging parts, can anyone ID it for me. I am pretty sure it is not for my 69, so that leaves the 75. Any help would be appreciated...................Thanks.... .................Bruce

Bruce , that looks like the guard for the power steering valve , under the car where the pump hoses connect to .

It's your Power Steering Control Valve Shield Plate. The vendor catalogs shows how it's attached to the valve.

I've never seen the guard/shield for the pump. Can you please post a pic? I recall seeing it in Doc Rebuild's catalog, but it wasn't really a pic.
Do you know which years and engines have the guard?
Still plenty for me to learn ... Thanks.
