Default Body Filler
What kind of body filler are you guys using on your Vette repairs? I know that Evercoat has a body filler that has fiberglass strands in it, and was wondering if this would be a good body filler to use on the Vette?

I'm guessing it is on your 74 which would be SMC. For this I us ProGlass by USC. There are many out there the thing is you want to make sure it says approved for SMC.

Anything SMC compatible. You should not need stranded reinforcement in filler.

Not to steal this thread ... but if the body filler were to be used for an earlier (non-SMC) car, what products are recommended?

Regular old polyester Bondo. The newer SMC compatible stuff might also be polyester compatible. Check the label.
