Hate to be nosy, but I gotta.........how much prep work was done and how and also........how much$$$$$$$$$ ?

There was some minor repairs as far as stress cracks and rock chips but aside from that the prep went very smooth and took about 3 weeks.
The cost all said and done was around 6100.00 if im not mistakin.
