It will work, but why not SS all the way? I don't know if you are piecing things together from ebay or just want rust-proof on the tubes and high shine of chrome on the sidepipes, but the SS pipes look great. The first time I saw the chrome pipes, I loved the way they looked but knew rust was an issue. Once I realized that SS was not that much more expensive, it was a no-brainer and I love the way they look. The SS/Chrome setup would look great too, but you'll notice the difference.
Oh, are you talking about Hookers or mix/matching different pipe manufacturers?
