Scammers working overtime
Placed an add- "WANTED" 1973 corvette Roadster--white only- This is the response: Gday,
saw the AD you posted on craigslist and I'm very interested in purchasing your vehicle. Firstly I want to make sure its the same model that my son is after. It's his birthday coming up and I want to make it a surprise for him. I'm a single mom and obviously know nothing about cars & trucks (lol). Anyways here is a video link that I copied from my son's computer VID1 (if not work try VID2). Can you please confirm its the same type and reply to me ASAP. I'm willing to pay couple hundred more then what youre asking for as long the vehicle matches the video description and you can reserve it for me.

I'm trying to sell my 42' sailboat on CraigsList and I get the same stuff that we do for car stuff. Sometimes I try to lead them on so that I have more info to give to the Feds in order to try to catch them. Sometimes it works. Try it, it keeps you not bored when in the house instead of working on the vette.

i got the same responce yesterday with an ad for a buick 3800 motor i put on craigslist, i replied ithat she had to come look in person my software wouldn;t allow me to open then i got another from indiana that wanted to send a check for the ammount plus shipping ,i told him it was only a 10 hr ride he had to show up or no deal
