Default Back-up/reversing lights

I've replaced my tail lights with LEDs so have lost my back-up lights. I need them to pass inspection out here and eventually, in Australia so who's running after market back-up lights?

Is anyone using LED reversing lights? Rhino make some but I don't know how good they are?

I've also found these ones:

And these ones - 5000K white LED reverse lights:

I've also seen these Recon 2-Piece Universal Projector Reverse Light Kit

Anyone recommend anything?

Can't help you on the actual lights mate, but remember, you should be able to get away with amber indicators that are incorporated into back ups for rego back here if that helps.

I shouldn't have a problem with amber indicators now as I've modified the tail lights to run red LED tail/brake lights and amber LED indicators.

If you are concerned about the brightness, during a day test if they see the white lights come on, that should do it.
Some cars have BU lights on both sides of the lic. plate.

I have had 4 tail lights for years & use the Corvette spare tire lighting method for BU lights.

I'm concerned that I don't have any back-up lights! What's the "spare tire" method?

I meant brightness of the aftermarket lights.

The spare light is a bulb hanging down.
A very lightweight setup w/ the original b/u hidden bouncing off the chrome ex. tips.
Probably would not do it for you.

I used Pilot Halogen Driving Lamp part# Pl-1055c for my backup lights.
