Were any kick panels carpeted from the factory or did bubba customize mine for me?

Default Carpeted Kick Panels
I know all the 82 Collector Editions were carpeted. I'm fairly sure the same holds true for staight 82's! After all it was the end of the "refinement curve" for all c-3's!!!

So I guess you get new carpet pieces with the carpet sets since all the panels I've seen on the sites are "carpet free".

I did get new carpet pieces with the carpet set from Willcox. And yess those panels are carpeted.
